Professional:

Originally from Zimbabwe, I moved to the UK in 2004. I started working at Lambert Chapman in May 2007.

I started out working in Lisa Greenwood’s team, under the management of Richard Hamilton. I acquired a wide range of skills and built up a good rapport with clients. In 2009, I transferred to Lambert Chapman’s internal finance and administration team and have most recently taken on the role of Finance Manager.

My main responsibilities include day-to-day bookkeeping, preparation of accounts, internal payroll and any other administration jobs which need to be done. Between Carrol Powell and myself we keep these internal processes running smoothly.

Away from the office I am on the committee at Braintree Cricket Club and spend most weekends in the summer scoring for either their first or second team. I am also involved in Braintree Elim Church.

Personal:

1st Job: Accounts Trainee at Ernst & Young in Bulawayo, Zimbabwe

Great Meal: Being a true African – you can’t beat a good ‘braai’ (Barbeque)

Hometown: Bulawayo, Zimbabwe

Ideal day away from the office: watching Cricket somewhere

Perfect holiday destination: Somewhere on a beach or on safari, in the sunshine

Most listened to Music/Album: I was brought up on the classics like Queen & Status Quo, but if you had to look at my ipod there is a wide range of genres.

Tipple of choice: Large glass of white wine

Classic Film: Top Gun or Die Hard series

Words of Wisdom: A tidy house is the sign of a wasted life 🙂

Bet you didn’t know that I… climbed on the tour bus with the South African cricket team to collect their autographs
