Team Success at Greenstead Green Agricultural Club Quiz Night

Lambert Chapman again put in a team to represent the Firm in the annual quiz run by the Club.

The event took place at the Bocking Social Club on 16 January 2019.

With many of the regular members of the Lambert Chapman Quiz Team unavailable, there was a chance for Dan Rodger, the Steve Smith lookalike and excellent recent addition to our Tax Department, to make his debut.

Chris and Rosie Harman were again the stars of the show to help Lambert Chapman win the Quiz, much to my surprise. In particular, Chris enabled us to score full marks on the picture quiz by his knowledge of British Shipping Forecast areas, the product of him being a light sleeper and early riser.

My thanks go to Rob Morrell of the NFU Earls Colne Agency for organising the quiz and for Robin, the lively and quick-fire Quizmaster. One round required us to name current Cabinet Ministers and I enjoyed his quip that the positions were accurate as at the previous evening.

We were delighted to see a number of our clients and professional contacts at the function and look forward ti attending again.
