Lambert Chapman LLP continues to see Corporate Finance activity levels increase with a further deal completed during January 2020.
Chelmsford based Mintsoft specialises in providing cloud based inventory and order fulfilment solutions, helping business control stock movement and despatch.
The disposal to software provider, The Access Group, allows both companies to continue to develop and expand.
Lambert Chapman’s team was led by Paul Short and Richard Thomson. Adam Jones and James Stocker at Birketts LLP provided legal advice to the sellers on the transaction.
Paul Short, Partner at Lambert Chapman comments:
‘Mintsoft has seen significant success, the company having established itself as a market leader within the expanding order and warehouse management solutions market.
Having advised the company on its day to day accounting and taxation affairs, my firm were delighted to support the sellers through the deal process, liaising with the legal team and advising the sellers on the accounting and financial issues around the transaction.
We continue to see a number of buyers looking for acquisitions, despite the effects of Brexit and Lambert Chapman’s experienced Corporate Finance team are able to advise on all aspects of the merger and accusation transaction process, should a client be considering making either an acquisition or a disposal’.
