Chelmsford based Mintsoft specialises in providing cloud based inventory and order fulfilment solutions, helping business control stock movement and despatch.
The disposal to software provider, The Access Group, allows both companies to continue to develop and expand.
Lambert Chapman’s team was led by Paul Short and Richard Thomson. Adam Jones and James Stocker at Birketts LLP provided legal advice to the sellers on the transaction.
