Lambert Chapman Partners 2016At Lambert Chapman LLP, we are currently working through the impact and implications of the new General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) which is being introduced from 25th May 2018, to make sure we are fully compliant with the new rules.

Ahead of this, we are working through the ICO 12-point plan to ensure compliance.

We are using GDPR as an opportunity to review the way we collect, store, process and safeguard personal data.

This is to ensure that we are communicating with our clients and contacts in a way that complies with the new rules.

We will be publishing revisions to our Terms and Conditions in due course, and these will be notified accordingly.

Will it affect your business?

We are not able to offer specific advice on GDPR, however the Information Commissioners Office (ICO) Website is recommended as a good starting place: https://ico.org.uk/

More to follow.
