David Kemp Chartered MCIPD

David spent his formative career with BT (British Telecom), during which he first worked within HR and Development. In 1995 David commenced his professional qualifications, and graduated with the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development in 1998.

Since leaving BT David has gained valuable broad-based generalist HR and Development experience, within small and medium sized Private Sector setting and large Public Sector organisations.

David has a wealth of HR experience and is mindful of how to comply with employment legislation, and implement this in a way that is appropriate and best for your particular environment, culture and working style.

Having worked within a variety of settings and at different levels within HR, David believes it is paramount to treat people fairly and consistently and they will (generally) respond consistently resulting in positive behaviour.
