Active HR Limited welcome David Kemp

Many of you will be aware that Lambert Chapman LLP offer HR and Health & Safety services to our clients through a separate company called Active HR Limited. The company has to date operated from our Chelmsford office but with the appointment of David Kemp this will change to three days in Braintree and two days in Chelmsford with regular visits to Maldon.

We are delighted to welcome David, seen pictured with Nigel Whittle, who has a wealth of HR experience and is mindful of how to comply with employment legislation, and implement this is a way that is appropriate and best for your particular environment, culture and working style. David graduated with the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development in 1998.

Having worked within a variety of settings and at different levels within HR David believes it is paramount to treat people fairly and consistently and finds that they will generally respond consistently resulting in positive behaviour.
