Richard Thomson is a local man, having been brought up in Dunmow. After graduating with a Business Studies degree, Richard commenced his training with the regional office of a large London based accountancy firm.

After completing the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants exams in 1999, Richard joined the Braintree office of Lambert Chapman as part of the Accounts team. Richard has a wide range of experience in assisting clients with Accounting and Taxation solutions and in addition to this work undertakes Expert Witness and specialist assignments as part of our Special Projects team. He also passed his final taxation exams in 2007 and will shortly become a CTA.
