Duncan joined Lambert Chapman in 1993  having undertaken a career change from retail to accountancy and qualified as a Certified Accountant in 1998. He acts as a Senior Manager to Paul Short in the Braintree office and has specific responsibilities for the Office in job planning for all of the Accounts and Audit teams.

Duncan was born and bred in Braintree but enjoys regular walking trips to the Lake District including the annual Great Gable Remembrance Parade where around 450 people gather at the summit for a 2 minute silence at 11.00.

Duncan is also a music and sports fan which includes a large music collection of CD's and vinyl records and instruments including the Paul Reed Smith model played by his hero Carlos Santana. When not strumming guitars Duncan enjoys most sports and supports Tottenham Hotspur.
