Lambert Chapman LLP employees run charity quiz for local charities PARC and Brainwave
On Friday 25 June 2010, Sean Wiegand and Richard Hamilton assisted with the running of a Charity Quiz which was held at Witham Town Football Club on behalf of two local charities, PARC and Brainwave.
The questions were prepared by another Lambert Chapman LLP employee, Mike Carabine, who cunningly named the rounds after Status Quo singles. Rounds included Wild Side of Life (Natural World), Running All Over The World (Sport), Marguerita Time (Food & Drink) and Break The Rules (Crimes and Criminals).
There were nine teams who took part and the result was very close, with just two points (one correct answer) between the top two teams.
A game of Heads & Tails was held in a short interval and a raffle was held at the end of the Quiz.
Georgina Rhymes and Gerry Gould, from PARC and Brainwave, announced at the end of the night that they had matched last year’s total of £400, to be split equally between the two charities.
