Lambert Chapman LLP's Wendy Bulling provides cakes for day three of the "Wear it Pink" campaign
Day three of the ‘Wear It Pink’ week at Lambert Chapman and Wendy Bulling makes an old favourite to be sold to raise funds for Breast Cancer (I’m sure these won’t hang around for long). It is not too late to join in the fun by doing something at work or at home. Please refer to the ‘Wear It Pink’ website for further ideas.
Chocolate Corn Flake Treats
Ingredients (makes approx 48)
3 x 200g bars of Milk Chocolate
1/2 x box of Corn Flakes
Fairy Cake Cups
Pink Smarties to decorate
Instructions
Melt chocolate in a double bowler over a low heat stirring constantly
Once melted remove from heat
Mix in Corn Flakes until they are all covered in chocolate
Spoon one table spoon of the mixer into the Fairy Cake Cups
Place a pink Smartie on the top to decorate
Place in the fridge to cool
Then enjoy!!!
